The scouts stationed in Tibet
conducted an intensive training on the
plateau 4,000 meters above the sea
level.
The training included
reconnaissance expertise, ambush and
prisoners capture, field survival and
information obtaining. It enhanced their
ability in plateau reconnaissance and
combat missions.
