Yongshu Reef is the administrative and military command center in Nansha Islands, about 740 sea miles from the Chinese mainland, the reefs at high tide is not below 0.5 to 1 meters deep at low tide, revealing only a small reef, the only building tall houses, always in the water on.
In the Spratly Islands, Yongshu Reef operates more complete. Yongshu Reef reefs, is a large potential for development reefs. Yongshu Reef now has a marine monitoring stations, which had been launched mobile services in China. There are currently more than 100 staff resident Yongshu Reef, responsible for daily affairs.
