Shore-based missile regiment conducts NBC defense drill

A shore-based mobile anti-ship-missile regiment under the South China Sea Fleet of the Navy of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) organized a NBC (nuclear, biological and chemical) defense drill against actual-combat background on April 7, 2013. The picture shows the officers and men of the regiment are carrying out decontamination and detection of chemical agents in the infected “toxic” areas.
