The Frigate Tongling is seen sailing at a high speed at sea on Oct. 15, 2012. The Frigate Tongling of a maritime garrison under the East China Sea Fleet of the Navy of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has been engaging in combat-readiness patrol mission for several days, which is expected to help the commanding officers and sailors enhance their capability of dealing with emergencies.
